hello, trying to locate an entirely new awning operator/crank/handle. do you recognize this or have a replacement? no numbers stamped anywhere on it, only mark is "truth" came out of a commercial style window.

I bought the 39-312 awning operator, but: Attached are pictures of original (brass) vs. plastic that was received. The plastic slider does not fit into the window track - it is too wide. These windows are above a garage. They open from the bottom (not left/right). The TRUTH arms when fully extended are about 7" and the crank base area is also 7".Thank you for any help!Nancy

Crank shaft came apart or out. Think I need to replace unit or operator. I have more pictures installed if needed. No name on window or parts. The operator is stamped USA and UK PATThe # on it is 213539. ThanksMichael

Please see the attached pics from my customer looking for a replacement for their awning window cranks. Am I right in assuming that your 39-389 kit should work? I am not able to see any identifying numbers or markings anywhere.

I am hoping you can help me identify the operator pictured here. We took some measurements. The arms were each 12" long when fully extended from the gear to the tip of the arm, not including the brass hardware at the end of each arm. And a total of 25.5" spread when open. Note 4-screw frame mounting, center crank, single-pivot (unjointed) arms. Customer says the arms are about 8".

12" arm length on each. Housing is 7 3/4 wide. holes are on 6 and 7 inch centers. 24 3/4" wide fully extended wide. Inside housing says USA on one side and on the other side uk pat and 2135397.

I am looking to replace everything in this photo except for the brackets on the far right. The operator handle has a serial number of 25 45054. I do not see any part numbers on any of these parts. We are needing replacement hardware to repair tis window.
