Bedroom window will not stay up in position. Window measures 36 1/2" W X 55 3/8" H....No identifying brand name inside sash frame. Only a AAMA CERTIFICATION PROGRAM DECAL ( with series and numbers). I can find no marking on these balances at all. Not on the coils, which seem to be worn nor the plastic housing. There is no labels on the windows to match builder to part. I removed the busted plastic pieces on the side of my window now there's really nothing holding it in place when I push the window open. I do not know the who the manufacturer is. I be attached pics from a fuctionong window as well.

Unfortunately i don't see any names, numbers, or markings on these. There is also a plastic piece that come down from the screw that has broken off.

I identified a single hung needing a coil balance. I think the series is 1255/3500/3540hs it is a single coil.
