I'm in need of a coil balance for an old MI window

So I have two windows that are the same size, they are both vynal double hung / tilt windows. One of the windows the previous owner removed both coil balances from the lower window so they could push it all the way up to insert an AC unit in the window. I am now selling and the new owners want it fi ... (cont.)

I need right and left coil balance mechanism there is a number 8 on the coil spring. The window will not stay up it slides about half way down. I need the whole mechanism

Looking for 10 upper and lower or a if both are a set. counter balances for better bilt vinyl windows sold at lowes in 2007.

Window keeps falling down and won't stay up.

As shown in the photograph, the spring coil snapped. The sliding part of the window is double glaze and weigh just a little under 16 pounds. What will be the correct parts for both shoe and coil? Thanks.

I need to replace a few of the coil balance mechanisms on some vinyl single hung windows. I have attached photos. the copper color metal coil has broken off a few. Not sure what it is called but it holds up the window when you open it. It has a spring that is attached to the tilt assembly.

When I opened the window, it simply fell out in my hands -OOPS! Need to find replacement coil spring balances for both sides.

The right side shoe is broken see photo so window will not stay open The home was built in 2001 The glass inside measurement on the window is H26inches / W30inches

Both windows have broken ribbon on balance on right side only. Windows placed by Westport homes 10/2005. See pics for sticker details.

Bedroom window will not stay up in position. Window measures 36 1/2" W X 55 3/8" H....No identifying brand name inside sash frame. Only a AAMA CERTIFICATION PROGRAM DECAL ( with series and numbers). I can find no marking on these balances at all. Not on the coils, which seem to be worn nor the plastic housing. There is no labels on the windows to match builder to part. The balances are single coil. The length of the top piece is 1 5/8" and, together the two pieces are 2 7/8" long. It is an ... (cont.)
