Hello I live in Morehead city on the east coast of North Carolina . All my window are in horrible condition . The salt air in this area has rusted out and destroyed all the window hardware. Manufacturer is SNE Enterprises (TPC-1) Series 924. I'm looking to get a replacement crank. The crank itself has a stamped 9D903.

do you have this part, the entire assembly shown in the photo? The encasement is 1&7/8ths " x 4" It's a GU casement operator for a crank out window

Window crank has broken, appears the gear is threaded pretty badly. We called manufacturer and they said the part is not being made anymore, so looking for a similar replacement.

Clip on bottom. Need crank.

Your 39-316 Truth operator shown in your video on replacing old GU operators, appears to be the one I need except for the sill mounting screw locations. Using the 39-316 operator, I would have to drill new mounting holes - I can do that if necessary. The important question is whether the operator wi ... (cont.)

We have an old casement window. I don't know the manufacturer (hence my reason for contacting you). Do any of you recognize it? There's only one identifying mark stamped on the short portion of the split arm. The long portion of the arm is about 5 inches. Sorry I forgot to measure the mounting hole ... (cont.)

I think the 39-316 Truth operator may work on my Silverline Casement window, but the dimension for the second arm is 5" on the Truth operator. My current operator (about twenty years old) is 4" so I am wondering if yours will work? Edmund Anderson. Thanks

I have to casement windows in my bedroom that need replacement parts. I have attached two pics for you to see part number and type of crank. Part number is 14D501.

I have 8x right open casement windows and 9 left open casement windows. The roto parts are corroded due to the salt water environment and I am looking to replace the associated parts. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Image 2525 shows ID of the part as: Truth 31850. Although old this part appears to function ok. The track & the roller part are not functioning.
