Hello, I am replacing some parts in my spriral balance windows. I identified the pivot bar already used in the system as 26-352 and pivot Shoe as 15-129 by size and shape. Could you please confirm they are compatible.

Need parts that receive window and block and tackle. Both

Window #1: Spring is 5/8" diameter, 31" long with a blue tip. I also need a replacement shoe. Window #2: Spring is 5/8" diameter, 23" long with a blue tip. I also need one, possibly two replacement shoes. I actually have about a dozen more windows with broken springs, so if the repair of these ... (cont.)

I need 6 each of the pivot pins and pivot locking shoes for some Plygem windows. Pictures are attached. Please advise if you can supply these parts.

We are trying to find a pivot shoe that is 9/16" thick x 2 1/8" tall x 1 1/4" wide. We ordered the pivot bar Item 26-450 and the pivot shoe 15-129.The pivot bar item #26-450 is the correct items. 2-1/16 tall 1-1/4 wide 17/32 deapth the white one in the pic fit in size but the window does not go in. darker one (the one i need )has a step inside, for the window to sit in and lock in.

Hi, our house was built in 1997. The windows are Jeld-Wen brand. I'm looking for what I think are the Pivot Pins and Shoes. Pins have the number 9862 stamped on them. Thanks for any help you can provide.

I have 6 Ultramaxx vinyl tilt out windows. Many of them need new shoes and a few need bars. In some, the spiral balance holder is broken, in some it's the cam. The windows were installed in 1999. Hello Picture attached to shoe, which is obviously in bad shape. Only clue I have of windows is Newpro replacement windows. They are pivot out. Thank you.
