Need to replace 3 pivot shoes and looks like jamb is adjacent to aluminum window rails. Jamp spreader might not work could bend aluminum track. Unclear what to do? Will also need to order the shoes and any extra tools for shoe Replacement. Let me know if you need more info. Thanks, GP ... (cont.)

My very old window has broken pivot pins. In addition, one of the plastic slots attached to the spiral has broken. So I would need 2-4 pivot pins and 2 of those shoes.

Hello, I am replacing some parts in my spriral balance windows. I identified the pivot bar already used in the system as 26-352 and pivot Shoe as 15-129 by size and shape. Could you please confirm they are compatible.

2-1/16 tall 1-1/4 wide 17/32 deapth the white one in the pic fit in size but the window does not go in. darker one (the one i need )has a step inside, for the window to sit in and lock in.
