Trying to fix my windows..I need to find the right part. These windows installed in 2007. The shoe is 3/4 in high and 7/8 in wide.

This pivot shoe is out of some older Alside windows. The pivot cam is broken on a few of our windows. Measurements agree with your p/n 15-178 except for the thickness. Yours is 17/32" thick while mine measures 0.542 which is slightly thinner in thickness. Will the 15-178 pivot show work? You have a ... (cont.)

I have a vinyl window (sash weight 20.8 lbs) that has two broken balances and shoes. The balances are stamped 21TGX. The channel is 1/2"x1/2" with an overall length of 22" I'm looking for balances and shoes for these windows. Please let me know what other information is needed.

It looks like it is 5/8 but I don't see anything about width. Is width pretty standard ?

What I am looking for is 17 x 5/8 & 14 x 5/8 my tip looks orange but could by red. Also need the shoe/cam for both sashes, see above picture. Measures 9/16 or 5/8 thick 1 1/4 wide and 2 9/16 long. Hello. I am looking for base shoes (or where the bottom pegs put the window into the frame). They are for Alside UltraMaxx windows from the mid 1990's. Do you guys carry the base shoes for these?

Any idea on this pivot shoe. Some of these are stuck in the track and will not move even when the balancing cord is removed from the shoe. thanks
