Hi, I think I have found the correct parts for my tilt-in sashes, but would appreciate confirmation. Regarding the spiral balance, mine in 23.5" long and measures around 3/8". Does it matter in selecting a replacement that mine has the coil around the outside (See pic). I believe I should chose Prod ... (cont.)

Hi, the windows are UniFrame brand. The pivot bars are 3"long. The pivot lock shoes are 1/2" thick, 1-1/4" wide and 2-1/8" tall. This shoe is from a Louisiana-Pacific window and parts are no longer available from that distributor. The windows are from the Astoria Collection, Model 2848. The springs have a red tip and are 33". I need 4 Pivot locks that are compatible with S900-30 and 27. I ordered the 15-167 and 15-179, they were not a match.

I have 5 of these composite double hung window that are broke. Window size is 28 by50. Tryed to take that shoe out but I don't think it'll come out without breaking the window channel. I'd really appreciate any input. Thanks

Double hung vinyl replacement window circa 2003 Part of the lift mechanism, bottom tab on right side (as viewed from inside of house) of sash fits into this slide mechanism. The cast metal insert is broken. Might be a good idea to replace both sides.
