I don't have the brand or name of the windows. Just a logo of uniframe. It does look like if I pop the top or bottom cover it has a cutout to remove the pivot shoe. Looking for replacements and required tool.

I need help identifying the parts I would need to fix some double hung windows.In the pictures, the pivet bar is about 2 3/4" long, 1/4" wide and 3/16" thick. I had this boot break when replacing the pivot bars in my window.

Pivot shoes and spiral balances jam quite often. WD-40 helped in the short term but now there seems to gummy residue building up.Do you have shoes and balances for these Crystal windows?Thank you,Thomas

Can you identify this pivot shoe and do you have a replacement? The house is over twenty years old and there are several of these that have broken. Previous owners did not attempt to repair/replace them.

Hi, I think I have found the correct parts for my tilt-in sashes, but would appreciate confirmation. Regarding the spiral balance, mine in 23.5" long and measures around 3/8". Hi, the windows are UniFrame brand. The pivot bars are 3"long. The pivot lock shoes are 1/2" thick, 1-1/4" wide and 2-1/8" tall. This shoe is from a Louisiana-Pacific window and parts are no longer available from that distributor. The windows are from the Astoria Collection, Model 2848. The springs have a red tip and are 33".
