Can you identify this part. #2451 is broken, #2542 is NOT broken. Also, how to I get it out to preplace? Doesn't come out, do I have to cut some vinyl out?

We have 7 windows that are to tilt in and they are loose and do not catch to tilt. We need the pins to hold them into place. Please advise type of pin we need for these windows.Thank youDiana

WINDOW HAS A BROKEN PIVOT SHOE. THERE ARE NO CUT OUTS FOR SHOE REMOVAL. WINDOW IS 20-25 YEARS OLD. IT APPEARS PART 15-178 OR 15-188 MAY BE A FIT. Hello, attached are pictures of the pivot shoes in Lockheed Monarch double hung tilt out window #5701 which have failed. In addition one of the top windows falls out the frame. A balance issue? I believe my tilt in window balance needs a new shoe clip. We purchased from Windowmart. I don't know the manufacturer. Attached is one picture of an attached shoe and the other where the balance is no longer attached to the shoe. Do you sell this type of part?
