Hello, attached are pictures of the pivot shoes in Lockheed Monarch double hung tilt out window #5701 which have failed. In addition one of the top windows falls out the frame. A balance issue? I believe my tilt in window balance needs a new shoe clip. We purchased from Windowmart. I don't know the manufacturer. Attached is one picture of an attached shoe and the other where the balance is no longer attached to the shoe. Do you sell this type of part?

I don't have the brand or name of the windows. Just a logo of uniframe. It does look like if I pop the top or bottom cover it has a cutout to remove the pivot shoe. Looking for replacements and required tool.

I need help identifying the parts I would need to fix some double hung windows.In the pictures, the pivet bar is about 2 3/4" long, 1/4" wide and 3/16" thick.
