Hello, I know the pivot bars I need that match up to mine are 26-226. But I'm unsure what pivot locking shoe works with that. I know the shoe is 1/2" thick and 1 1/4 wide, about 2" tall. Thank you

Hi,The metal insert at the shoe where the window pivot pin sits is broken. I did not find any markings on the piece. The tip on the balance was red in color.The window in question is the upper sash of a tilt-in double hung window.I appreciate any guidance.Thank you,Bill

The piece shown holds the lower window in place and allows it to pivot in to clean or remove. It also holds the spiral spring tensioner. Would like to purchase at least 10 of these. Thanks!

So we have several windows, as do many of our neighbors in my subdivision, that are experiencing issues like not opening smoothly, falling down, etc. We tried to see who the manufacturer of the windows are and to see if they have replacement parts but failed miserably. Hi, I was washing my windows today and theis one would not go back in. It seems the parts at the bottom are broken. Need spiral balances and shoes for 20 sashes.Note in the pictures that the balances have a white plastic covering. This is not removable and is apparently part of the balance itself.Each sash weighs 19.4 pounds.Each sash is 29 1/4 wide and 35 inches long.Please see attached pictures for other pertin ... (cont.)

Can you identify this part. #2451 is broken, #2542 is NOT broken. Also, how to I get it out to preplace? Doesn't come out, do I have to cut some vinyl out?

We have 7 windows that are to tilt in and they are loose and do not catch to tilt. We need the pins to hold them into place. Please advise type of pin we need for these windows.Thank youDiana
