15-188 Pivot Lock Shoe, 1/2" Thick, Blue Brake

Need: (2) 3/8" x 25" green spiral springs for Quaker "Alex", hard to read but appears to read EU H 3 printed on side (2) shoes

I am not finding any markings on the windows or parts, the spiral balance is 5/8" x 23" in length. The windows do tilt in, as you can see a couple of pieces fell out. Can you please help me identify a replacement part.Thanks for your helpChester

It is 1 1/4" wide and 2" long

I believe it's the plastic shoe that slides up and down and holds the window up with a spring

Hello looking for replacement parts for this window. 5/8" thick unsure of exact width since I'm not able to get them out of the window right now.

Hello, I know the pivot bars I need that match up to mine are 26-226. But I'm unsure what pivot locking shoe works with that. I know the shoe is 1/2" thick and 1 1/4 wide, about 2" tall. Thank you

Hi,The metal insert at the shoe where the window pivot pin sits is broken. I did not find any markings on the piece. The tip on the balance was red in color.The window in question is the upper sash of a tilt-in double hung window.I appreciate any guidance.Thank you,Bill

The piece shown holds the lower window in place and allows it to pivot in to clean or remove. It also holds the spiral spring tensioner. Would like to purchase at least 10 of these. Thanks!

So we have several windows, as do many of our neighbors in my subdivision, that are experiencing issues like not opening smoothly, falling down, etc. We tried to see who the manufacturer of the windows are and to see if they have replacement parts but failed miserably. Need spiral balances and shoes for 20 sashes.Note in the pictures that the balances have a white plastic covering.
