Need to replace single hung spiral balance shoe. One shoe is cracked and does not move with window.

I ordered 6 15-129 but I noticed they do not look the same will this product still work?

Some of our windows will not stay up. They have a spiral rod that can no longer be connected to the bottom part. Several appear deteriorated over time. I Have replacement tilt windows called Monarch by Lockheed, purchased and installed in 2004. The balances look like mini block and tackle connected to a spring.
