I have a single hung Alumax window that I need pivot shoes for. In looking at the photos on your site none seem to exactly match. These were bought in 1997 and the contract says they are 6-series 9000 Alumax vinyl windows. Do you have something that will work?

Hi, I have a Greatlakes Grandview 4000 Twin Double Hung (white vinyl) window with a cracked pivot shoe. The entire piece measures approximately 2 1/4" (h) x 1 1/2" (w) x 1/2" (d). See attached photos. Also curious if you have an installation video for these. Thanks Mark
