I'm looking for a spiral show to replace the broken one from my window. Do you sell or know where I can find one like this?

9/16" thick 2 1/16" tall.

I need a pivot shoe for a CareFree Window. The label on the sash is S1000 S/H 36x53 L-E WH 99/06. The spiral balance is also broke. Do you carry Great Lakes or PlyGem replacement parts as well? Thanks, Ted

Would you please help identify the replacement balances needed? Need a few both the 32" and 28". Also, could use assistance in identifying the u shaped channel guide in which the bottom pins are inserted as I will need a couple of those and pins as well. I believe this would be part 15-188? but I want to make sure before I order. The double hung vinyl window was installed in 1998. I am looking for the sash pivot pin for this part as well if you could give me the part number for that. Thanks

This part is measuring at 2 1/8" L 9/16" thick 1" wide the brake pad on this part is WHITE!
