First I can't find any markings on the existing tilt windows.The tube is 24 inches long and 9/16 diameter I've included pictures of the tube end that you can see has a "red" end.I need to identify and replace a number of pivot shoes, picture included. I need to replace 2 pivot shoes on a Jeld Wen vinyl window, probably at least 20 years old. The cams are broken. These photos are from an identical window. Works with a spiral balance. hi ...I just got off phone with Jody wish we could have spoken a bit more ... my window's measurement is in one of the pics(30 1/2 * 56 1/4) the date on the label is 1998 ... These are supposed to hook up to the window to hold it in place.

Believe this is pivot bar # 26-428, but can't tell by your picture ifthe end is flanged out like mine. It is from a Quaker Alex J window. Will be looking for pivot balance & sash balances for the same. Thank You, Dan

The windows are very hard to open. I found many of the feet of the windows are broken and the shoes are broken so the springs are not attached. I can't find the make of the windows on them, please help.
