This part is measuring at 2 1/8" L 9/16" thick 1" wide the brake pad on this part is WHITE!

First I can't find any markings on the existing tilt windows.The tube is 24 inches long and 9/16 diameter I've included pictures of the tube end that you can see has a "red" end.I need to identify and replace a number of pivot shoes, picture included. I have the small pivot shoe as shown in this post: https://www.swisco.com/discussions/Cant-find-Match-to-Pivot-Shoe-77-142287 In the post, Bob recommended 15-178, yet why wouldn't 15-188 work as 15-188 appears to be closer in size depth wise than 15-178. I need to replace 2 pivot shoes on a Jeld Wen vinyl window, probably at least 20 years old. The cams are broken. These photos are from an identical window. Works with a spiral balance. The old shoes have plastic "locks" to hold the balance in place. Roughly 2 3/8 x 1 x 5/8. Do you have something tha ... (cont.)

hi ...I just got off phone with Jody wish we could have spoken a bit more ... my window's measurement is in one of the pics(30 1/2 * 56 1/4) the date on the label is 1998 ... These are supposed to hook up to the window to hold it in place.

Believe this is pivot bar # 26-428, but can't tell by your picture ifthe end is flanged out like mine. It is from a Quaker Alex J window. Will be looking for pivot balance & sash balances for the same. Thank You, Dan
