What do you mean by multi-point?

Could you please verify what the correct code for my piece, 38-139 is slightly different

I need to replace what I think is your part number 38-095. How do I remove my current Multi-Point Lock to verify specs before ordering the replacement? My handle is on the left side of the part, see attached. Thanks

I have a casement window with a right handle that broke off in the locked position. I measured the fork from another casement window and it looks like it measures 1 5/8 inches. I am trying to find replacements for failing Multi-Point Locks for my 15 year old Vetter vinyl casement windows. Vetter went out of business in 2008 and I need a dozen or so Multi-Point Locks for failed locks and future failures. The Multi-Point is similar to the Roto Multi-Point Lock with 37mm Fork ... The label on the latch says 'Truth'. My window is 47" high X 28" wide. The latch is the right hand side window. It is locked now and I cannot open it.

It's a latch that meaures 4.5 inches long and is 5.5 inches long if you count the moving latch handle. The latching mechanism inside does not move when the latch is moved up or down. it appears to be stripped.

Broken in the closed position. Looks like p/N 38-095 would work. I took more accurate measurements and it looks similar per your diagram. Please confirm this for me. Thank You!

I need to replace this broken window latch. It goes to a Nichols Thomas W/O# 070614521016 casement B11-B15 Left opener panel 1 size 31 1/2' X 59 3/4" white. That is all the information I found on the window.

The latching mechanism on my Gorell G3001 Vinyl casement window has failed. I need a new one. Do you have this part? The handle moves up and down with no resistance.
