I'm looking for a Truth brand locking mechanism for the window pictured here. The crank is working, but the locking part broke.How would I order this part?

THE STICKER SAYS THESE ARE PLY GEM 700 SERIES. DATE ON STICKER IS 2002. THE HARDWARE PICTURED IS NOT DAMAGED. WE ARE REPLACING OTHER HARDWARE THAT IS DAMAGED. CAN YOU HELP ME IDENTIFY THE PART NUMBERS?

Hello, I forced the lever and broke off the mechanism and the whole part needs replacement.The mechanism is brass in color. White would be preferable. I have a garden window where the LH lock broke and the handle. I saw your 38-100 assembly and 38-099 but they are only 4" where mine is closer to 4.5". Do you have a something similar for both the locks (RH and LH) and the removeable handle?

Hello - based on the measurement of the "fork", I *think* I need the Roto Multi-Point Lock, 37MM Fork. However, at first I thought I needed the Maxim Multi-Point Lock, Medium Slider.
