Hello, our door lock broke and trying to find a replacement. The door company said to find a two point mortise lock. Looking at the options on your website the measurements didn't quite match. Can you help me with a proper lock to purchase.

The sliding patio door does not work at all. Looks like all the latches are stripped. Need the whole kit.

I have ordered the wrong part twice, hopefully you can help me with this.

Our sliding door lock has mal-functioned. One of the two locking levers will not go to the unlocked position. I would be interested in purchasing a replacement locking mechanism. Looks like it might be part 82-265.

The door has 2 hooks (sorry don't know what they're really called) that come out to latch the door when you lock it.
