Lock broke looking to replace

Do you sell this lock without the faceplate? The locking mechanism is jammed. Do these come with any warranty? We are in a new build that's 3 years old. Thanks in advance for your help.

When we moved in, the locking mechanism of this sliding glass door did not actually fit, and the handle was broken.

I am trying to find a held wen multi keeper. the mortise lock is 9 7/8. I am not sure what size the keeper should be.

Hello - I am looking for a replacement 2 point lock for my slider but all I have to go on is a sticker which shows "SD-R50-1816x2426 (72x96)". This same sticker also shows "Series: 332 SGD". I am in need of a new locking mechanism but did not see the one that I have in the pics in the available parts. Do you have the part or a part to replace my broken piece. The small spring that was attached to the lower lock has broke and will not allow the locks to engage.

Hello, I am a locksmith looking for a new mortise lock. It is a Simonton sliding glass door. Length is 10 inches and the backset is 7/8". If you can point me in the right direction of a replacement lock it would be appreciated

Hello, i purchased a 82-265 double mortise lock to replace a old failed lock. The hooks don't seem to be long enough to reach the old plate on the door frame and the handle is hard to move. Should I look into replacing all of the other hardware or is there a better latch that would fit my door. Ca ... (cont.)

I have a double latch lock that is 10" in length and the following markings: Nov 14 PAT# 6264252 PAT# 5820170 I am looking for a direct replacement. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

5820170 is my lock number or latch I need to replace that and then I need to find out what kind of extruded aluminum I need to rebuild my outer door and I need new door handles for my double sliding door and I would like to get an external key lock for it
