I am trying to get the inside part since mine is broken

Hello I am trying to Identify a part of my patio door. The attached Photos are of the Lock body where the top Lock of the double lock is frozen and wont open. There are no Identifiers on the Lock body or the Handle or patio door. I cant lock my door now. Thank you.

Sliding door lock - small plastic piece that moves lever when door is locked and unlocked is broken, I'm pointing to the spot.

This is a ReliaBilt lock from a sliding glass door. There are no identifying marks on the hardware. It measures appx. 10" at longest points.
