82-239 Multi-Point Mortise Lock and Keeper, 9-7/8"

Sliding door lock - small plastic piece that moves lever when door is locked and unlocked is broken, I'm pointing to the spot.

This is a ReliaBilt lock from a sliding glass door. There are no identifying marks on the hardware. It measures appx. 10" at longest points. There are 2 screw holes for handle hardware located at appx. 3" and 7" measuring from end-to-end. The interior lock and exterior (keyed) locks use the same int ... (cont.)

No brand on vinyl patio door. Need the lock and left side handle kit.

It's a double latch holes are 9 7/8 1/2 inch width. I see one similar on your site but it says face is 3/4 and mine is 1/2. Shows pat no 6.264.170. 5820.170

The Patio Door is fairly new (Double Pane) and has a Vinyl Frame. All that I have is the Handle with a 3-7/8 Hole Pattern and the keeper plate that has a an overall length of 9-5/16 and width of 9/16. It has a double mortise hooks that are spaced 5" apart. Lock broke looking to replace

Do you sell this lock without the faceplate? The locking mechanism is jammed. Do these come with any warranty? We are in a new build that's 3 years old. Thanks in advance for your help.

When we moved in, the locking mechanism of this sliding glass door did not actually fit, and the handle was broken.

Hello - I am looking for a replacement 2 point lock for my slider but all I have to go on is a sticker which shows "SD-R50-1816x2426 (72x96)". This same sticker also shows "Series: 332 SGD". I am in need of a new locking mechanism but did not see the one that I have in the pics in the available parts. Do you have the part or a part to replace my broken piece. The small spring that was attached to the lower lock has broke and will not allow the locks to engage.

I need a dual lock and handle assemble. My handle broke, than my lock devise broke and now i need the complete assemble.

Hello, i purchased a 82-265 double mortise lock to replace a old failed lock. The hooks don't seem to be long enough to reach the old plate on the door frame and the handle is hard to move.
