Good morning. The crank handle spindle will no longer stay in the crank assembly. I need a new handle and crank assembly OPO52020 please. It has Roto stamped on the mechanism.

Window is no longer attached to bottom of window arm. Arm number is HG04-2004 It is a Silver Line casement window, with a right opening. Purchased 10/09 Series #7500

The mechanism has a code on it. OP05-7553-03. I think this is 39-329. The folding handle is PO5-7810 which I think is 39-226. the part i am looking for is almost identical to the Roto 39-329 operator. the only difference is the swivel arm extension is flipped on mine so the pin the secures the assembly to the window sash points down instead of up. i am looking for both right and left hand models. thank you ... (cont.)
