Hello - the plastic housing around the metal component that holds the pivot bar somehow broke when I was opening my tilt window. I need to order a replacement but am unsure what to purchase. I have the same problem. There are two coils per side and one shoe on each side. The series is 7000 Best from Sears. What part can I use. frank

Hi folks, This coil is out of a series 1255 window. The coil is stamped with 902 or 9C2. No notable markings otherwise. Thanks in advance.

The last time this was fixed Anlin windows tech left one set of spare springs marked SA 497 (or maybe 407) & LA 407. Looking for replacement spring and maybe the other associated parts if needed.

Left and right tilt latches, pivot shoe, and latch that keeps bottom sash from being opened up fully.

Looking for replacement coil balances for a number for our windows. Coil has what I believe to be "10J" written on it. Tried ordering a WRS Series 37 Tandem QuickTilt - 10 lbs, but it did not work for what we needed.
