The last time this was fixed Anlin windows tech left one set of spare springs marked SA 497 (or maybe 407) & LA 407. Looking for replacement spring and maybe the other associated parts if needed.

Left and right tilt latches, pivot shoe, and latch that keeps bottom sash from being opened up fully.

I have included photos- I need the whole part or the lower part that houses the window peg

Looks like the 15-192 replacement pivot shoe part will address my Simonton window issue once the aligner "bumps" on the front face are removed. Aside from the broken plastic shoe, my existing hardware can be reused. Question: Do you sell the plastic componet separately?

The piece I'm looking for is attached to the spring coil. It looks nearly identical to the one the model is holding in the photo on the "Coil Balances" page of your website, but I don't see one displayed as options to purchase. Hello! Was so happy to run across your youtube video. what we have is different from that window you showed. Do you have this style part and can you show us how to install? The part that the window locks into will not slide with out window in. Thank you for any help Mark
