Looking for a replacement

Window series 40-17 double hung P.L. #063-038 61DHMHV330.313x21.375 I need pivot shoe replacement. Window are from 2005 year

Looks like the 15-192 replacement pivot shoe part will address my Simonton window issue once the aligner "bumps" on the front face are removed. Aside from the broken plastic shoe, my existing hardware can be reused. Question: Do you sell the plastic componet separately?

The piece I'm looking for is attached to the spring coil. It looks nearly identical to the one the model is holding in the photo on the "Coil Balances" page of your website, but I don't see one displayed as options to purchase. This is a little plastic piece that the sash pivots in when tilting out for cleaning. My house is full of these windows, and a few have this same broken piece. Are you able to ID which window i have and what part to replace?

Hi, It looks like part 15-192 matches for me. My cover matches 15-156 but it seems to be discontinued, unless I'm missing it. Coil has a stamp of 10 J on it. I would like balance drums for this as well.
