I like to replace the certain teed pivot shoe with the new one what is the right part number ? thank you

This is a little plastic piece that the sash pivots in when tilting out for cleaning. My house is full of these windows, and a few have this same broken piece. Are you able to ID which window i have and what part to replace?

Hi, It looks like part 15-192 matches for me. My cover matches 15-156 but it seems to be discontinued, unless I'm missing it. Coil has a stamp of 10 J on it. I would like balance drums for this as well.

Side part broke on windows and now they will not stay up if not locked. Need to get it fixed before June 1

the 409 is for a weight of 9lbs. we need this reference 170 409 to 9lbs, but we also need to 12lbs and 14lbs. It is possible?

I need to replace some of these on my windows. I do not see the exact part on your site. I was wondering if there is a comporable replacement part that does not look exactly like this. Thanks Brian

Hello, i have vinyl replacement windows from the previous owner. I have no idea what brand the windows are. I can not find labels anywhere. Both coil balancer coils have broken. I weighed the window and it is about 20 pounds.
