15-192 CertainTeed Pivot Shoe

I recently bought spiral balances from your company and have installed them in all my windows (the windows work great). However, in my garage I have no balances per say, they look like friction blocks. I have attached two pictures, one of the top of the block, the other of what appears to be an op ... (cont.)

We were able to remove the window and the balance shoes, supports and coils. The numbers on the shoes are AF87598; The numbers on the supports are H65 34/5M. The coil has a 10 on it, with a J underneath. Both coils have snapped in half (half is on the shoes and the other half is on the support ... (cont.)

I have identified the replacement as S-170 408 Coiled Balance Spring. However I also need the assembly to which it screws into and can not find it in your listings. Can you direct me to it?

I believe it is called a certain teed pivot bar. The number on it is 103-2. The pictures I've attached show it broken. I need to replace it. I've ordered one in the past but it was the wrong piece.

I ordered a certianteed pivot as the measurements and general appearence was the same but this one has an offset pivot. Do you think you have something for this?
