15-192 CertainTeed Pivot Shoe

One of our CertainTeed windows installed in 1998 has broke. The window will not stay up, we have a piece of wood in place to hold it up. I attached 4 pictures, hopefully you will be able to tell me what part I need. Thank you, Kathryn

Hi, We need to replace 2 broken coils (both sides) in our Certainteed double hung window. The parts numbers for the 3 pieces: A186160 (spring holder) 86180/90 (bracket) 86170 (roller) Do you sell them? Thanks! Chris

I have some older certain teed double hung windows i need replacement pivot shoes the code on the existing pivot shoes is A1 87598 is your pivot shoe 15-192 an operable replacement? also will need the bars that screw to the sash and hook into these shoes. Thank you

These came from CertainTeed Windows installed in the Turks and Caicos in late 90s or early 2000s. Can you identify and do you stock the part.

Looking for these parts pivot assembly has # A186160 on it, springs have#'s 407 and 408 depending on window. The lance spring cover and balance drum look different tha what I see on your site

I recently purchased an S170-336 coilspring and a 15-192 pivot shoe, but do not know how to re-install into the window. The video describing how to remove the pivot shoe is not helpful for re-install because the coilspring and pivot shoe combination are longer than my opening.Thanks ... (cont.)

I recently bought spiral balances from your company and have installed them in all my windows (the windows work great). We were able to remove the window and the balance shoes, supports and coils. The numbers on the shoes are AF87598; The numbers on the supports are H65 34/5M. The coil has a 10 on it, with a J underneath. Both coils have snapped in half (half is on the shoes and the other half is on the support ... (cont.)
