Hello! I am in need of a pair of pivot shoes for my window. I did not purchase the windows and have no history on what they are and there are no distinguishable markings on the windows. I have older windows that have the discontinued part #532011 for a pivot bar. It looks like these have now been replaced by a newer version. Do I need to buy the new pivot bars and also the new pivot shoe? Or can I just replace the old pivot bar with the newer one you have listed your website? P ... (cont.)

Trying to figure out which series # will be the proper replacement for broken coiled balance springs for my windows. Springs on both sides have snapped. The pivot shoe # reads A186160 if that helps. Can you please help me ~ thank you!

We have certainteed double hung vinyl clad window where the bottom one won't stay up. When we tilt out the window we see a metal coil down again the frame. Where was that originally attached? Thank you John
