Channel balance of my Simonton windows are broken. Need a replacement

I need help in getting the right parts for broken window pivots. No markings on part.

Several windows in "new to me" house have windows that do not stay open. It appears the coils could just be replaced, but if it is better to replace all these parts that may make sense. no markings on windows to indicate brand.

Need 2, one left, one right

I have older windows that have the discontinued part #532011 for a pivot bar. It looks like these have now been replaced by a newer version. Do I need to buy the new pivot bars and also the new pivot shoe? Or can I just replace the old pivot bar with the newer one you have listed your website? P ... (cont.)

Trying to figure out which series # will be the proper replacement for broken coiled balance springs for my windows. Springs on both sides have snapped. The pivot shoe # reads A186160 if that helps. Can you please help me ~ thank you!

We have certainteed double hung vinyl clad window where the bottom one won't stay up. When we tilt out the window we see a metal coil down again the frame. Where was that originally attached? Thank you John

We have Simonton Windows and need several pivot shoes. Ours look like the certain feed pivot shoes # 15-192 Ours also have the pivot bars like the certain feed #26-175. I have identified pivot bars[26-175) the pivot style shoe (15-192j,and the balance drum(15-157) but the coil balance spring does not have a number stamped on it so I don?t know if it?s a S-170-407 or 408 or 409. Is there another way to identify it Thank you

Original pivot bar to thick for item 15-192

on August 2017 I order 6 Certain Teed Pivot Shoe item # 15-192, but the original pivot bar is thicker and dont feed in the metal bushing that you send,I like to get the right pivot bar.
