Hello. I have an issue where this part broke off in one of my prism windows. Do you have a recommendation as to what replacement part this may be?

Simonton window balance

I need to replace tha plastic retainer part, which has split, or the entire balance. It looks a lot like the series 140 single, but not exactly. Window is 20+ years old.

First, sorry so dirty in the pics. Trying to repair rent house windows. The latches are broken and the shoe is stuck in the bottom of the one. The only marking I can find on the window is PRISM. The best I can measure the latches are 2.5" by a hair under .75"

pegs on bottom flange broke off in swivel. pics show length, width and depth of flange as well as the peg portion that broke off. Flange is installed with two screws. one on bottom; one on side(I have screws) I need two these flanges, they both broke Please contact me if you need further info. ... (cont.)

I have several Certainteed windows that have a broken pivot shoe. Can you suggest a replacement part for this. I only need the pivot shoe but I included the whole assembly in the pics for your awareness. Thanks!!!

Your link must be down. The dimension on the web are the same as my parts. The looks and shape of the parts are the same. I find only a '5' marked on my parts. The window shaft is a double D shape that would fit but I have a molded snap like ring about 3/8 inch from the outside end of the shaft. You ... (cont.)

Hello! I am in need of a pair of pivot shoes for my window. I did not purchase the windows and have no history on what they are and there are no distinguishable markings on the windows. Several windows in "new to me" house have windows that do not stay open. It appears the coils could just be replaced, but if it is better to replace all these parts that may make sense. no markings on windows to indicate brand.
