Hi I need to replace the coil balance in window the existing coil balance stamped #407 under this #it loos like the letter j would I use you part # S170-407.

So it seems that I have a bunch of broken balances for my windows. The housing and coil are for the most part intact, but the plastic holder and metal toggle part that the window sash clips into is broken. I'm looking for a pivot shoe for a Simonton window from 2008. The windows are double hung and tilt for cleaning. The metal part isn't flat in the shoe & every one I'm finding online looks flat. Thanks!

I need to replace tha plastic retainer part, which has split, or the entire balance. It looks a lot like the series 140 single, but not exactly. Window is 20+ years old.

First, sorry so dirty in the pics. Trying to repair rent house windows. The latches are broken and the shoe is stuck in the bottom of the one. The only marking I can find on the window is PRISM. The best I can measure the latches are 2.5" by a hair under .75"

pegs on bottom flange broke off in swivel. pics show length, width and depth of flange as well as the peg portion that broke off.
