All of my windows ballasts are broken or dont work. I am not sure how they go in or work but mos of them had been removed by the previous owner. Balance is 30" & 40 lbs. 1/2" wide

I believe this is a S372, it measures 1/2 ? wide, 31? long, stamped 3030, top guide is 3/4?wide,balance shoe is 1 3/8? wide. This is for a Weathervane window, all wood, inside and outside, these windows are 23 years old and came with the house when built.

I ordered your S372-31 3030 option but the top and bottom don't work. The ones in now are built into the jamb. I cut a slot in the jamb to slide the top in but the top is too wide and wouldn't fit. I'm pretty sure I have Milgard 1997 Milgard windwos Building of house put in. I need a clip for the top left of the window. This is the top clip for a window balancer for a non tilt window. The metal balancer has a marking "3030, b.s.i which is perpendicular to the 3030 then the letters NH in the same direction as the 3030. The top guide of the channel balances I need to remove have small "wings" on them such as the 19-004 top. These "wings" ride inside of slots and prevent me from pulling out on the top of the balance to remove it as shown in your video. What is the proper method for removal in this case? I do not wan ...
