The tilt latch(no screws) on one side of a single hung vinyl window is stuck. I have wiggled it, jiggled it, gently tried to pry the end to no avail. I then tried to pry it up but it appears to have some type of spring retaining it. Also I'd hate to break it before I find a replacement. I sprayed ... (cont.)

The windows are Wenco Polyvinyl double hung windows, tilt sash. We have 90 of them total. We need the bottom tilt pins, the sash latch on the side of the frame, center window lock and the balancers. We are looking at repairing 25 of the 90 windows this year. Do you have the parts to fit these window ... (cont.)

I purchased a house a year ago and there is no sticker to identify the window brand I need to get some pivot bar and pivot bar holders for the bottom of window.
