Have several of these broken on windows. Looking for replacements.

Cannot replace bottom sash. Do not know how to replace pivot points in the side shoes.

The last time I ordered the 28" series 795 channel balance(s795-28) a 15-195 T - Lock balance shoe came with it. Can I order a 28" series 795 channel balance with 15 - 194 T - lock balance shoes? If you can is there a different number that I need to order?

These T-shaped shoes/locks are gray with a white "puck" and a silver metal center. The slot in the metal piece goes all the way through. They measure 1-1/4" wide at the bottom, and 1/2" wide on the stem. Not sure how tall as the hook on the end has broken off. Two numbers appear - PAT 461010 ... (cont.)

I recently ordered (6) 15-195 : 1-1/4" T-Lock Balance Shoe parts to replace the ones on my window that were broke. I read a reply from one of your technicians to another poster and thought that we had the same windows, but alas, they are .25" too long. I only need ones that are 15/16" I've already a ... (cont.)

Do you know what window manufactures used this balance shoe in their windows? We have 9 double hung widows, many of which have broken balance shoes like this one. Are there substitutes that have stronger hooks on top? Thank you for your help. Ron

Doing maintenance for a very small apartment community and I've never repaired double-hung windows. I've identified my Tilt Window Channel Balance as your Series 795. Usually the item that breaks is the T-Lock Balance Shoe (15-195), so my question is can I simply attach a new shoe to an existing ... (cont.)

My channel balance is perfectly fine; however, the shoes have broken. I need to know the correct shoe to replace it with. I was thinking the 15-195. My balance is marked 27B. Also do you think the shoe on the 27A would fit the 27B?

I have a Millard window channel balance that needs to be replaced. It's stamped with a 26B. I looked through your site and see that the 795 looks close to identical (at least on the bottom...the top needs to have a small clip and the 795 seems to have a ring). Dear Sirs, Per the attached photos, I need two replacement sash balances for an NVR 1800J 33 3/4 x 76 3/4 single hung window. Per photo 239, it's marked "36B PR BSI".
