I have 8 windows, of which 7 of the balances are in need of replacement. These windows were installed in 1987 and are in excellent condition with the exception of the balances on some of the windows. sash measurements W32"xH31" the only stamps I have are as followed top of unit right corner 11600-17 side of unit near staple left to right.. 1031 3 S38 3 90

One picture is of the left side of the window the other is on the right. They appear to be the same unit but some different markings. Is 1031 the model number?

I have an Andersen window and one of the sash cords failed. I want to replace all the cords but I notice I need a number from the original sash cord part in order to order the parts from you.
