Hello, I'm having a hard time figuring out which balancer I need to order as a replacement part. The numbers on the balancer aren't very legible but what I can make out is: L52 10#31 7 84 Any help you could provide would be appreciated.

Not sure what balancer to order my clear glass view is 36 1/2 wide and 24" height it has a Anderson stamp on the glass and has a number on it 86/1

How does SWISCO 24-1033 satisfy all 3 Anderson Sash balances listed (1027, 1031, 1033)? I thought the number meant an exact measurement for the window sash (length & tension). Thanks

Need a replacement balance for an old all-wood Anderson double hung window. I called a local window shop and they identified the window model as 3046. Visible glass size of each pane is 24? H x 32-1/2? W. They identified the part # as 162604, although I don?t see tha5 number anywhere on the exist ... (cont.)

I'm not sure which balance to order. I want to order before I take the window apart but can not read the etching on the glass. The measurements of the window are 28H & 28 1/2W Thanks for your help Gary

I purchased 2 new 24-16R balance systems for an Andersen slim-line window and 1 broke during installation. Below are pictures of the original balance.

I have removed the old sash from my windows- see pics above. The only numbers on them are 11600-17 and BF 17 9#27 2/87 And my second window has 11600-17 and BFG (or 6) 10#31 12-86 stamped on it.

I have Andersen 200 Series Narroline windows. Each sash is 36W x ~24H. Is there a standard balance that can be ordered so I don't have to take it apart to find the balance number, then order and have to await the parts before I get the window back together?

This 30 degree bay is from 1992. All 6 windows balancers need to be replaced. All 6 balancers are marked 11600-17 on the face. The 4 outer smaller window balancers are marked 627 on the mounting tab, the 2 center larger window balancers are marked 1031, also on the mounting tab. There are other num ... (cont.)

I just installed my pair of new Andersen balances, which I ordered from Swisco on order number 974782. The upper sash won't stay up. It drops about 8" if unsupported. My original balances have these numbers on them: 1600-17 1027 2 11600-17 The visible glass on both sashe
