I have old Andersen windows with string balance..... the code stamps on one size is E19 9 27 4? ....and 615 10 31 R71 this second number is a cottage window so will need opposite balance as well

Windows were installed in the early 90's, so I've gotten as far as figuring out they have to be 200 series Narroline windows. Based on the measurements of the glass, 28 7/16 wide x 27 15/16 high, I've narrowed it down some on Andersen's site, but they still list 8 different options there. ... (cont.)

I have Anderson windows manufactured in 1996 - is there a way to know which sash number will be proper replacement without taking the window apart?They are double-pane windows that do NOT tilt in and appear to be a standard width.I have at least 3 windows that should have the sach replaced so I woul ... Which sash balance will work as replacement of my old sash balance Andersen 11600-17 BFS 10#31 12-86?

Numbers that can be read. "11600-17" and "S88 7/02." "7/02" is likely to be when window was made. Do not have glass etchings but could supply them later. Width of lower sash is (inside visible) 28 1/2", maybe 28 7/16" Length is 27 3/4". Could be 27 15/16". W x L could mean window 2852 from what I ... (cont.)
