I have several anderson double hung windows which require new sash. The windows are appox. 30 plus years old. the part number reads BL10 10#314 plus either a R or 8. I just replaced the balances in two of my Andersen windows, using your Andersen 24-737 and 24-1033. The window with the 737s works fine. The lower (front) sash using the 24-1033 works fine, but the upper sash on that window sags. What could cause this?

I have window balances that have 2 sets of numbers. They are L5310#3110-85. & 11600-17. What balance do I need to order?

I need 2 sash balancers....left and right side of an andersen double hung window (approx. 1988 installed). The bottom sash is appoximately 32 1/2 inches wide and 23 7/8 high. Help, I was able to get this balance out of the window and take a picture of it and need to replace a few of these. I was not as fortunate with another window but was able to get the number E50 9#31 11-86. Can you help me find both of these replacements?
