26B. BSI looking for this balance Metal piece 26 inches long. Without shoe or hook.

I need to custom order 12 of the 27" Series 795 Channel Balance - Option: 27D, but I need the Balance Clip Attachment Product Code: 15-198. My window sash has a slit at the top, not a screw hole.

Replacement balancer

The window was removed and the piece that slides up and down in the track is missing. The pictures shows the part in place and the side that it is missing. The window fits into this assembly.

Can you match these balancers based on these pictures, need 6 each

The only discernable marking is "27B". No surprise that it's 27" long. Can you match it, and does the manufacturer include the pin that engages the cam mechanism? One of the two on my window sash rusted away. Thanks! -Ron

I am trying to find these window balances for 4 windows in my home. The springs have rusted and are now beginning to break off. Home was built in 2011. The balance I found on your site is a 795 series but it doesn't match the top clip as mine hooks in the jamb and yours screws in.

I it's a block and tackle 26bc little circle with a plus k n pictures are attached it's about 27 in Long it has a little hook connector on the top and a regular circular connector on the bottom

I got the bottom bracket out and here are a couple of pictures of it. The parts are broken on the top of the balance and where the bottom piece attaches. I'm trying to find a replacement channel balance. The overall length is 32 inches and the only markings i can find on it is, 320 PB BSI (see photo). Can you ID this part?

I believe the windows are Milgard. Channel is 26" long without attachments. Top of balancer has hook on it. See attached pics. Need to know what parts I need from you guys to fix this kid. Thank you!
