Plastic tip on these channel balances are broken. Can they ne repaired or do they have to be replaced?

Need replacement balance for a Pella double hung window with shoe

The spring in our window channel balance popped off and created a mess. The channel itself is 39" and marked with 39B. The slider it attaches to looks to be cracked. The stamped number: 32D ED5 CMC 45 Quantity: 2 Length: 32" Also the pivot shoe is my main problem. The broken shoe was on the balance but looks like the glass repair shop removed them If these can't be replaced is there another option?

I ordered two S795-32 opt 32F and two S795-28 opt 28d channel balances on order 2212873. Unfortunately for me, these come with the 19-043 screw clip and the Ply Gem windows use the 15-198 balance clip. Hi, I have ordered the 795-28b channel balance, but i need the clip type mounting. The window is a round hole nut a square hole so the 26-200 is not compatable with a round hole. What do I need to make this work?

Hi, The shoe tackle hook broke. I'm trying to identify the part. It says 36 c on the show tackle and balance. It's seems like 841 series. I just need the hook. Can you please help me identify? Thanks! Lux
