Hi there - Hoping you can tell me which part I need. The only marking on these is in one of the attached pics. It says "26C", then what looks like "BSI", then written smaller and sideways "RN". Please advise. Thanks! Dennis

The pivot shoe has broke in several pieces on both sides of the window.I will need two springs or two pivot shoes. I have removed both from the window.numbers stamped in are 26C DD% CMC 45Just looked at the windows in more detail. The window brand is Jeld-Wen.Please help.

I need to replace the inverted window brackets on a tilt double hung window. The stamp on the brackets is 26B. The shoe is 1' wide. Please see pictures.

I have double hung Pella vinyl windows in my house. I have a bunch of broken channel balances. The plastics shoes have broken and come out. I was wondering if you have anything that will work. 24B B31?? Is stamped on the metal channels.

I have 6 Thermastar double hung windows that are getting hard to open. I believe the problem is in the little rollers inside the balance which are frozen. Silicone lube doesn't help them. Looking for replacement balances for the photographed balance. There is a hook at the end instead of a straight clip. Balance is 35" long.

I found what i think is right which is S795-34 but I need the hook clip on top instead of what come on the s975-34 I need 2 of 34B and I need 2 of 24c I Just cant find the hook cllip with the T Lock shoe combo

The channel balance in my 2008 Pella vinyl replacement window came apart. I was able to easily remove the 28B channel, but the T-lock shoe remains in the side channel of the window frame. In the images, I included the failed pivot lock shoe part number 6.679.000,4.610.108,D467.490 I read that those parts are no longer made.
