15-198 Balance Clip Attachment

One of our windows will no longer remain up. It appears that the internal guide spring has malfunctioned. Is there a way for me to replace this item? Do I need to contact a local dealer? Thank you, Paul & Ginny

The channel balance is marked with 28C and B51 The pivot end is marked with 4610106 The part matches your catalog item S795-28, option 28B except it has a hook on the end opposite the pivot. I need four complete channel balance assemblies like the one pictured.

I am looking for a balance and pivot for one of my windows. The Balance is 17 inches long. I believe it is a ply gem window but I'm not sure.

The window channels are 32

i have a couple of the same type of channel balance that look like the ones by the past customer, except my say 27d, and 33d and it has a balance clip attachment at the top. it has a 1 1/4 t lock balance shoe. if i order the 33d and 27d will these fit my windows. please let me know. akj Here is ... I have a Malta double hung window ( 1987) and the clips that hold the balance springs have rusted out but the springs are good. Do you have those clips that clip at the base and hold down the springs?

T POST LIKE 15-195 PART BUT OVERALL LENGTH IS 2 1/4 INCHES AND WIDTH OF HEAD IS 1 INCH. PART NUMBER 15-195 SHOWS DIMENSIONS OF 1 7/8 AND 1 1/4. AM I GETTING RIGHT PART WITH 15-195 OR WHAT PART DO I NEED FOR THOSE DIMENSIONS?
