15-198 Balance Clip Attachment

We have a window that doesn't stay open. We were able to get this channel balance out. It is rusted and broken. The only markings we see are 28D BSI R6/RG? We are looking to replace both sides of the window. Could you please direct us to which part/parts to order.Thank you, Jeff

Hi there, I need a replacement for a channel balance 32" weight D and found your S795 32D channel balance. It doesn't have the same mechanism to fasten the string at the top of the channel. I saw your response to the individual about the hook clip on the end of the S795-27C series channel balance. It comes with the top screw clip and the 15-195 T-Lock balance. Both of my spring balances have disconnected from one of my windows. As I try to reinstall them I believe I need less tension on the spring.
