Hello, I'm replacing the balance rods in milgard style line windows. I'm pretty sure the balance should be S795-32c but mine has an indent at the bottom that yours doesn't. I also want to replace the shoe which I think is 15-236. Can you please confirm before I order. Thank you

After reviewing images on your Web site, I think I need to order 35" Series 795 Channel Balance Product Code: S795-35. I will include pictures. Hello, Looking for replacement balances for these original balances. Was told by customer service this will need to be custom due to the top hook. T-lock shoe measures 1-1/4" on our original. We are looking for a quantity of (2). Thank you!

Hello, I ordered qty=12, S795-27 : 27" Series 795 Channel Balances. When I received them, I noticed that they had a different clip interface. The ones I ordered (order #2067388) had a hole in the end for a screw interface. The ones I am replacing have a bent clip and slot interface in the window ... (cont.)

These are a replacement window. It looks obviously to be square and then it looks like it has a cord or rope that goes up to that other picture you see it looks like it just clips onto the vinyl.

I need 10x 27" Series 795 Channel Balance but with Balance Clip Attachment (part no. 15-198)

Can you help ID this weatherstripping for the same window? The metal portion is 16" long and is roughly 1/2 by 1/2 an inch, slightly over. The stamp says 16C BSI. Open or closed cam, I am not sure but here is a pic and i think i should replace the entire unit as on of the cams has a broken pie ... (cont.)
