i am looking for a multi-point lock for a casement window similar ROTO 38-139 37 mm fork, but the housing is 4 inches, and center of hole to hole is 3 1/2". Can 38-139 can fit into a 4" housing. Thanks.

I need a multipoint casement window lock for Milgard windows. I have attached some pics and a diagram of a similar lock with my locks dimensions written in. It looks like a Truth hardware part, but the prong only sticks out 1 1/8 inches

I have Cascade windows, and on one my my casement windows the latch for the lock broke (it just flops up and down, but won't lock the window). I assume I need a new latch? I've attached a picture of the latch below. Thanks, Mark

We ordered and received your 38-139. We are attempting to install it, but the screw holes are not threaded. Is this a manufacturing error, or is there some special piece we need.Kellee

The label on the latch says 'Truth'. My window is 47" high X 28" wide. The latch is the right hand side window. It is locked now and I cannot open it.

It's a latch that meaures 4.5 inches long and is 5.5 inches long if you count the moving latch handle. The latching mechanism inside does not move when the latch is moved up or down. it appears to be stripped.
