I'm needing multiple new window balances as they are failing at our 100 unit apartment complex. There is no writing of any kind on the parts (no letters, no numbers).

I'm looking for window balances for two different windows. One window looks like a triple coil. The other looks like a double coil. They are alliance windows. Also the clips (what I'll call them) at the base of the window that fit into the balance are broken

Hi, I'm trying to replace these parts for my Simonton 40-17 series window. It's a double coil system.

I need help with replacing parts to put the lower sash of the window back in place. Can you tell me if I can still use those same parts or which parts to replace them with? Hi, Please help me select the correct replacement coil spring for a Certainteed BrynMawr II vinyl window installed in 2003, lower sash. The sash is 28.5 inches high and weighs 21 lbs. The original spring is bronze, 1/2 " wide. "S6" is very faintly stamped on the spring above the screw. I don't see a ... (cont.)

Springs balance

Only markings I see is on the springs. One is 5.0 and 2 are 4.0. All 3 say 35". Entire assembly is 6" with the part holding the coils is 4 1/2". 1 1/4" wide and 1/2 deep.

Hello, Attached are some photos of the coil balance hardware needed.

1. Window sticker 2-3. Broken coil and pivot arm inside track 4. Parts removed 5. functional side window coil says 6.5 pounds 40 inches. White part is shattered but holds the coil and I cannot read the part number. Need also the pivot arm and the mangled shoe thing.

Monique from Simonton suggested I contact you for a window balance they no longer carry. Can you help me? Thanks

I need to find coil balance 35" #4.5 35" P. what is the closest to match mine? They are 1/2" wide. I think the pivot shoes are still fine. thanks
