These are photos for Simonton windows new in 2005. The coils have have 3.0 on one and 4.0 on the other, so I'm assuming they are 7lb, 2 coil units. The dimensions on your series 140 look correct. A tall American Craftsman vinyl double hung window installed 2011. Believe need 2 pivot shoes and the stops with the coil springs that attach to them. Also looks like the bottom right pin which goes into the pivot shoe is broken, is that replaceable?

Could I get help with a replacement part? The window was made in October 2006

The marking near the tongue of the spring coil is #9.035" can you identify the parts I need to fix the bottom sash? thanks anthony

Hi, our windows weren't staying up and hard to slide. After looking, I noticed some broken parts. Screw have come out on both sides and move with window. Picture shows broken parts. Simonton single hung window installed in May 2000. Coil is #6.5, two coils on each side, need 2 balances (1 window).

I need to replace the 3 spring coil and pivot on a few windows but not sure how to know the weight and the parts

a Piece inside the pivot shoe lock of one of my windows broke, making it hard to open and close the hardware appears to be a coil spring balancer. Attached are picture of the whole assembly installed and removed
