I am looking to replace the pivot shoes, coils and plastic piece that goes over the springs. The window weights 21lbs. Are you able to help identify what item I would need to do this work. Hopefully looking for just a full assembly. Not sure if the 11lb series 140 quick tilt dual is what I should be ... (cont.)

Looking for correct replacement of this window balancer

I need the replacements for this windows. Simonton brand. I can see the part number on the plastic part has 801020. Also included a picture of the metal part.

We need to figure out what to order in replacing the full triple balance complete set. The numbers on two of them read: 35" 232209 #4.0 35" One of them : #3.0 35" and number is not legible.

I have a Simonton vinyl tilt window from 2004 with two broken balancers. I found one of the three springs inscribed with #4.0 and 35". I'm not sure of your parts will fit.
