I have a Simonton vinyl tilt window from 2004 with two broken balancers. I found one of the three springs inscribed with #4.0 and 35". I'm not sure of your parts will fit. Hello, my window stopped staying up and this medal piece is now visible. I believe it's a coil window balancer. I am going to attempt to replace them myself. Many pivots won't slide with window and are stuck on bottom. Not sure how to remove (or replace). Home was built end of 2012. Not sure if I need other parts or just this piece. Will hire handyman to fix. Thank you for your help!
