Dual spring appears to show 5# and 35"

The coil balance parts are broken on the first window and not keeping the window up. These need to be replaced.

Tenant move into this condo and tried to open one window and it was very difficult to move. Tenant caused damage trying to move it. I need help with fixing that window and potentially others.

I have three double hung Simonton windows where the sash won't stay up. I'm pretty sure I need to replace the balance assembly. Can you help me figure out which part I need to order?

no part numbers or manufacturer seen. I included a photo of the sash where it comes out in one part from the face and one part from the opposite side. I just need to make sure I get the right part

Window measures 33.25" w, 29" h, and the coil is a triple coil that is 4.5" long. The opening of the window track seems to be 0.78" wide.

I am looking for a replacement for this triple coil balance. I've uploaded pictures including dimension. all three coils have a 10 stamped on them. I've found similar balance/shoes with these dimensions, but I am not sure about compatability.

I need to replaces these window balances on most of my south facing windows.

The pivot bar has number 25326 on it. The pivot bar is from Ply Gem Premium Series vinyl dual glazed clear/low-e windows. The first hole is 1 1/8" from the top (tee) and the holes are 11/16" center to center apart. The coil balance is 1/2" wide.

Coils have a #5.0 and 35 on them. The coil supports are 4 inches tall. I will need numbers for coils, coil supports, pivot shoes and pivots if bar. thank you

I just discovered that of the two sizes of windows we have, the other size has a triple coil, with a different cover. Pictures attached. Thank you. One more. Hello, I have one window in which the coil has snapped in half, I have been able to remove the parts but need assitance finding the correct Coils to purchase. Coil is sprung on right side of window as viewed from inside house. Would like to replace both sides. Can you tell me correct parts to order?

Ok don’t know the manufacturer but it’s a double coil with markings #5.0 35” P5232208 see picture.
