Can you help me identify this part?

Looking to order a pair of channel balance replacement floe my roll up window. Thank you for assistance.

I purchased two S385-26 2540 balances but they won't hold my 40 lb window up more than about six inches from the sill. I obviously went too low on the weight rating for these. I think I need ... Hello, I have a window that slides up and has a broken balance channel, the other widows are stiff as well and "might" need replacement, but first I wanted to check that I have the correct replacement part. 1/2" wide by 26" long window balance. Looking to replace two entire balances, including all necessary parts. I am so sick of removing the sliding window pane altogether when I want to "open the window." Haha.My existing balances are stamped 2540.Thank you for the help.-Scott

There is a stamp on the old channel balance that states 25-5 HD5 CMC 45. What is the weight I should use? Perhaps you can confirm if the S385 is correct as well?
