this window channel balance has the number 2530 OA and BSI or BSL something like that. Please allow me to order 2 of each. one right and one left I believe it does not matter. Thank you very much.

One set is labeled "28 4 Caldwell Fm" but is 29 inches long, 1/2 inch wide for non tilt. The other set is labeled "25 4 Caldwell HM" but is 26 inches long.

We need two pieces for a large window that slides upwards. Current marking reads 25 4 LW CMC 7. One is missing a spring. These balancers are over 15 years old. What in-stock item do you have for this window tensioner? I need two.

Do I need to purchase the model exactly as shown in the website table per weight? It is not available at this time that I needed. Can I buy one level heavier one? Mine is 17 lbs but not available at this time.
