Hello, I would like to replace two channel balances labeled as "25 4 CALDWELL JM". They are 26 inches long, and our window sash weighs somewhere around 18 1/2 pounds. Can you let me know which replacement products I should buy? Thanks! Evan

Hello. I need to replace the channel balances on two windows (4 balances total). When opened, the windows 'drift' back down to only about 5-6" open. Pictures of balance, and top & bottom fittings are attached. The stamp says "25 3 DU CMC 2" Metal-metal length is 26" The balance channel width is 9/ ... (cont.)

The length is 26" and depth is 5/8" Stamped on the back is 25 5 KO CALDWELL

Measures 27" x 5/8 inch approximately. This measurement includes the plastic ends.Says "25A CALDWELL LM". I'm not 100% sure about the 25A.I am interested in purchasing 2 of these balances. Please advise on pricing.Thank you for your time and assistance.Betty
