A 30 x 30 inch double pane up sliding window Channel has a marking of " 26 4 AN Caldwell" The channel is 28" length. It has by the pictures a 15-004 and 19-005 on the ends. What channel should I order for replacements?

I have identified I need S385 27" channel balance. My question is the balancer I removed from the window is marked on the spine 26 5 CX CMC 11. Which suggests I need the 2650 option. When I weighed the sash it weighs 19LBS. Which option should I choose?

It's difficult for me to tell the differences between the 380, 385, and 395 series balances based on your site's pictures. Maybe the attached pics will help you tell me what new balance I need. My broken window channel balance has the following code on it: 26 5 JU CMC 2 Comparing it with your website photos, the replacement unit should be either a Series 380 or 385. The channel is stamped 26DS 42. It has plastic fittings on both ends. A pair ofpully/cord guides is fixed inside the channel. A spring and a broken nylon cord (tied to a small metal hook on one end and tied to a metal pully on the other) cameout of the channel.What replacement part do I need? ... (cont.)

The spring connector broke, the piece measures 28 inches in all, the metal part being just under 27 inches, depth is 9/16 width is 5/8 , if you can recommend the correct part I would be very thankfull
